The first step, is for you to give us a call. We can then discuss over the phone how we can help you and how the Planning and Building Control system works. Due to the wonder of modern day technology, we can look at your house on Google Earth and Google Street View, we can also do an online search to see what work has been done in your road and on your house before. With this information, and a brief description of the work you would like to do, we give you advice on what you can be achieved.

It may be that you do not need "Planning Permission", but can have the work done under "Permitted Development". We will explain to you the process of obtaining "Building Control Consent." We will then confirm my price and council fees to you. We will also email you over a written quote.
